摘要
叙述了为确保华东大受端电网的安全稳定运行需关注的主要技术问题,提出了加强华东大型受端电网电压稳定性分析和控制策略研究的建议,结合华东电网的实际和中长期规划,指出了华东大受端电网电压稳定性研究必须涵盖的一些主要内容。
According to the UHV grid plan of China, the East China Power Grid (ECPG) will become one of the main receiving-end systems of Chinese UHV grid. By the year of 2020, ECPG will have been connected to the national UHV synchronous grid through 9 UHV AC lines, 4 UHV DC lines, and 4 HVDC lines, and will have received 70 : 80 GW power from external regions. The major technical issues needing more attention to ensure the safe and stable operation of the large receiving-end ECPG are illuminated, and suggestions on further analysis of the Grid's voltage stability and study of its control strategies are put forward. Based on the actual situation of ECPG and its long and medium-term plan, the contents that should be involved in voltage stability study of the Grid are pointed out.
