摘要
台山EPR核电项目一期工程发电机密封瓦为三流环结构,包括空侧回路、氢侧回路、中间侧(即真空侧)回路,该项目的三流环密封油系统在世界上首次加装了蓄能器回路。调试过程中发现中间侧回路在发电机转子低转速工况下启动会导致密封油系统供油压力严重超压,无法启动。本文探讨中间环路无法启动问题的根本原因,并据此研究设计解决方案,增加相关从业人员对三流环密封油系统的认识,为三流环密封油系统设计完善提供技术参考。
Generator with triple flow seal oil system which include the air-oil circuit, H2-oil circuit and vacuum-oil circuit was adopted in the EPR first-phase project. Accumulator was employed for the very first time in the triple flow seal oil stystem. However, the oil was over pressured when the generator rotor is in low rotation speed in the field debug and resulted in failure of the start of the seal oil system. This paper is devoted to the exploration of the root cause of the failure of start of middle loop and solutions of it. It is helpful for the engineers to get more insight into the triple flow seal oil system.
