发电机在运行中,氢气的纯度是一项重要的监测指标。纯度的变化直接影响着机组的安全运行,也反映了机组其他系统的运行情况。介绍了某电厂10号机组出现发电机氢气纯度下降的问题,通过多个方面原因排除,确定影响该机组氢气纯度下降的主要原因是空气进入密封油系统。着重详细分析密封油箱液位历史曲线图,结合窜油试验、查看氢压和密封油压历史数据,以及补油系统温度检测试验,最终确定了发电机内氢气纯度下降的原因。
In generators operation, the hydrogen purity is an important monitoring indictor. The change of the purity affects directly the safty operation of the unit, also reflects the unit operation of other systems. Hydrogen purity of a No. 10 generator unit drop quickly, through muhiple aspects of the reasons for exclusion, to determine the effects of hydrogen purity decrease was primarily due to the air into the seal oil system. Through detailed analysis of the curve of the history of sealing fuel tank level, combined with the flee of oil test, viewing hydrogen pressure and seal hydraulic historical data, testing the fill oil system temperature, uhimately the article determined reasons for the decline of the hydrogen purity within the generator .
