发电机两端气压不平衡引起定子进油问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对氢冷发电机运行时出现定子进油问题进行分析,发现发电机汽端和励端气体压力不均衡,导致密封油回油系统汽端和励端氢气压力较低一侧出现回油液面升高,密封瓦回油腔体内的密封油不能快速回流而进入发电机定子内部,被转子端部风扇充分雾化后进入整个发电机通风系统污染整个发电机本体。从消除气压不均衡和提高系统对气压不均衡的抗干扰能力两方面解决定子进油问题,调整后的发电机未再出现此问题。该分析可为此类问题的解决提供思路和借鉴。 The problem of stator oil entering in the operation of the hydrogen-cooled generator is analyzed,it is shown that there is imbalance of gas pressure between the turbine side and the exciter side of the generator.The oil level rises at the lower side of the hydrogen pressure,and the sealed oil cannot be returned quickly,which entered the generator stator,and fully atomized into the entire generator ventilation system to pollute the entire generator body.The problem of stator oil entering is solved from two aspects,eliminating air pressure imbalance and improving the anti-interference ability of the system to the uneven air pressure.The adjusted generator does not appear this problem again.This solution can provide ideas and references for such problems.
