摘要
针对某厂三期2×600MW国产发电机组存在耗氢量大的问题进行研究。通过试验和分析,发现该类型机组的双环式密封油系统存在空侧密封油和氢侧密封油串油。溶解在密封油中的空气析出影响了发电机内氢气纯度,使得补排氢频繁,氢气耗量大。采用了降低密封油温度的方法,减缓了发电机内氢气纯度下降速度,有效地解决了耗氢量大的问题。
This article studies the problem of high hydrogen consumption in the 2×600MW domestic unit of the third-phase project of a power plant.Through relevant experiments and analyses,it is found that the problem of oil blending between both the air-side and hydrogen-side oil exists in the double-ring sealing oil system.The air dissolved in the oil lowers the purity of hydrogen of the generator and causes high hydrogen consumption for the need of frequent hydrogen supplement.Lowing the temperature of the sealing oil can slow down the rate of descend of the purity of hydrogen in the generator,which is an effective solution.
