摘要
对于液压系统串油问题的解决方案有很多种,但都存在着顾此失彼的问题。本文基于遗传算法,利用模糊数学和效费分析的方法建立了适应度函数,在现有成熟解决方案的基础上重新优化组合,得出较为满意的液压系统串油问题解决方案,同时可以对液压系统整体进行优化,提高了系统的安全性、减低全寿命周期的维护费用。
Considering the different defects of varied projects about solving the oil intermingle on RHPS ( redundant hydraulic pressure system), the fitness function was constructed based on the fuzzy mathematics and effectiveness/cost analysis by genetic algorithms. Optimize combination of mature projects was made, and the satisfying project was found. The security of the system was im, proved and the maintenance cost was reduced by optimizing the RHPS.
