摘要
高校后勤中层管理人员是服务高校整体运行及发展的中坚力量,高校对后勤中层管理人员的绩效考核应从设计理念、设计原则等层面进行革新。借助360度绩效考核法,科学设置考核指标及权重,使得考核结果更科学、合理;多维度选择考核主体,使得考核过程更公平、公正;有效落实结果反馈与应用,通过"以评促改"提升后勤中层管理人员的服务能力,以期打造"一流"后勤中层管理人员队伍。
The middle-level administrators of logistics are the backbones of the overall operation and development of colleges and universities. The performance appraisal of the middle-leveladministrators in colleges and universities should be innovated from the aspects of design concepts anddesign principles. With the help of the 360 degree performance assessment method,the evaluation indexand weight should be set up scientifically to make the results more scientific and reasonable. In order tomake the assessment process fairer and more reasonable,the feedback and application of the results are effectively implemented,and the service ability of the middle-level administrators in the logistics ispromoted by"assessment to improvement",and the"first-class"logistics middle-level administratorteam of the first-class university will be created.
