硫化铜镍精矿的氧压浸出试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对云南某地的硫化铜镍精矿,采用氧压酸浸工艺处理该硫化铜镍精矿。通过试验影响因素的探索,得出了该硫化铜镍精矿氧压酸浸的最佳技术参数:木质素为0.5%、浸出温度190℃、浸出压力1.4 MPa、酸度90 g/L、液固比3.0∶1、浸出时间3 h,Cu、Ni的浸出率均在98%以上,实现硫化铜镍精矿中铜和镍的高效浸出。 The oxygen pressure acid leaching process is adopted for treatment of one copper-nickel sulphide concentrate in Yun-nan. Through the exploration of test influencing factors, the optimal technical parameters of oxygen pressure acid leaching of the copper-nickel sulphide concentrate was obtained: lignin is 0.5 % , the leaching temperature is 190℃, the leaching pressure is 1.4MPa, the acidity is 90g/L, the liquid-solid ratio is 3.0 : 1, the leaching time is 3 h; the leaching rate of Cu, Ni were all over more than 98 % , the efficient leaching of copper and nickel in the copper-nickel sulphide concentrate can be realized.
