利用低品位镍钼矿生产高纯多钼酸铵技术的工业应用

摘要 简要介绍了中南大学冶金学院稀冶所研究开发的利用低品位镍钼矿生产钼酸铵新技术及其工业应用。该工艺适用于各种含钼原料,包括镍钼矿、钼铅矿、钼铁合金及含钼废料。工艺主要包括矿物分解、含钼溶液预处理、离子交换、结晶除钒、深度净化等步骤。利用本工艺处理含Mo约6%,含Ni约3%的矿物原料,Mo和Ni的回收率可分别达到90%和98%,制得的钼酸铵产品符合国标一级标准。该工艺目前已在国内8家工厂得到应用。 New technology for producing ammonium molybdates from low- grade Ni -Mo ores developed by Bare Metal Metallurgy Institution of Central South University is described . This process is suitable for different molybdenum bearing materials including Ni - Mo ores, wulfenite, ferromolybdenum, and molybdenum containing scrap. This process mainly includes decomposition of mineral, pretreatment of molybdenum solution, ion - exchange process, removing vanadium by crystallization, deep purification, and etc. Processing mineral raw materials (Mo 6%, Ni 3% ) based on this process, the recovery rate of Mo, Ni are 90% and 98% respectively, and the quality of the ammonium molybdates product meets the requirement of Chinese Standard level 1. This process has been applied in 8 factories in domestic so far.
