摘要
含碳镍钼矿采用磨细直接氧化浸出试验表明,在不同浸出体系,N113、N111的添加量氧化剂量对浸出效果有明显影响,二段氧化浸出效果得到改善,氧化浸出渣采用电炉熔炼成镍锍,Ni回收率、品位均高。直接氧化浸出工艺可有效地解决镍钼矿焙烧所带来SO2引起的环保问题。
The experiments of nickel-molybdenum with carbon using grinding-direct oxidation leaching craft showed that,the addition of Nl13、 Nil1 had a significant effect on the oxidative leaching effect, and the second leaching effect also improved. The leaching residue was created by electric smelting for Ni matte, with high Ni recovery and grade. The direct oxidation leaching technology can effectively solve the environmental problems caused by SO2 in the nickel-molybdenum ore roasting.
