浅析闪锌矿氧压浸出的酸平衡和热平衡

摘要 探讨了硫化锌精矿氧压浸出的酸平衡和热平衡,通常情况下硫化锌精矿氧压浸出无法实现酸平衡和热平衡,需要补充硫酸和热量。通过改变浸出氧势,使少部分硫氧化成硫酸根,可以实现硫化锌精矿氧压浸出的酸平衡,并能实现浸出物料自热后还有多余热量产生。 The acid balance and heat balance in oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate are discussed in this paper. Under normal conditions, acid balance and heat balance cannot be realized in the oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate without the supplement of sulfuric acid and heat. By means of changing oxygen potential in leaching, a small amount of sulfur is oxidized to sulfate so that the acid balance in oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate can be realized, besides, excess heat will be generated after the leaching material is self-heated.
