摘要
研究了从湿法炼锌中浸渣中氧压酸浸锌和铁,考察了氧压、中浸渣粒度、硫酸质量浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比、木质素磺酸钠加入量对锌、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:在液固体积质量3∶1、始酸质量浓度140~150g/L、浸出温度(150±5)℃、氧气压力0.8MPa、浸出时间80~90min、木质素磺酸钠用量为渣量的0.15%的最佳条件下,锌浸出率达98%,铁浸出率为60.87%;降低浸出液终酸质量浓度及提高浸出温度可以使铁有效形成沉淀,抑制其浸出。
Leaching of zinc and iron from neutral leaching residue in zinc hydrometallurgical process by oxygen pressure using sulfuric acid has been researched. The optimum conditions were determined through tests. The effects of oxygen pressure, residue particle size, sulfuric acid concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature,liquid to solid ratio and amount of sodium lignosulphonate on leaching of zinc and iron were examined. The results showed the leaching of zinc and iron could reach 98% and 60.87% respectively at the conditions of liquid to solid ratio of 3 : 1, H2SO4 initial concentration of 140-150 g/L, leaching temperature of (150±5) ℃, oxygen pressure of 0.8 MPa, leaching time of 80-90 min, sodium lignosulfonate amount of 0. 15%. The leaching reaction of iron was inhibited by decreasing the final concentration of H2 SO4 and increasing leaching temperature.
