摘要
目前正在高职院校中开展的各级各类技能名师工作室建设,以其明确的功能定位、合理的人员结构、良好的运行机制在专业建设和师资培养等方面发挥着巨大的作用。因此,在现有的政策和体制下,利用技能名师工作室开展师资队伍建设,开发有效的双师培养新途径、新平台及创新双师培养模式已成为双师型师资队伍建设研究的新视角。
At present is in the higher vocational colleges to carry out various and of all kinds of skills teacher studiobuilding,with its specific function,reasonable structure,good operational mechanism in such aspects as specialtyconstruction and teachers training plays a huge role.Therefore,under the existing policy and system,the use of skillsteacher studio to carry out the teachers construction,development of an effective double cultivate new ways,newplatform,and innovative double training mode has become a double type teaching staff construction of a new perspectiveof research.
