摘要
目的:探究、分析基于数据挖掘的中医治疗冠心病用药规律。方法:选取治疗冠心病中药复方专利265项,对中医治疗冠心病用药规律进行分析。结果:纳入的265项中涵盖1628味药,平均含专利药味(6.22±6.14)。活血化瘀类药86次(32.45%),说明冠心病的主要病因为瘀血内阻。理气活血43例(16.22%),通络止痛26例(9.81%),益气活血23例(8.67%),益气养阴9例(3.39%)。主要用于治疗气滞血瘀和气虚血瘀等病症。丹参是治疗冠心病心绞痛常见单药,其次分别为川芎、三七、黄芪、红花等。常见药物组合有降香和丹参、桃仁和红花、川芎+桃仁→红花、黄芪+红花→川芎等。常见中药复方专利核心药物为丹参、三七、当归、红花、川芎等。结论:通过深入研究和分析中医治疗冠心病用药规律获得既往临床用药规律和相关信息,同时得知中医治疗冠心病频繁运用益气通络和活血化瘀等药物,配伍合理,符合中医标本兼治规则。
Objective：To explore and analyze the medicine rule of Chinese medicine for coronary- heart disease based on data mining.Methods：265 patents of Chinese medicine compound patent for the treatment of coronary heart disease were selected,we analyzed the law of Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Results：The 265 items included 1628 flavors,the average content of patent medicines was（6.22 ± 6.14）.86 times（32.45%）of the drugs for activating blood.h shows that the main disease of coronary- heart disease is caused by blood stasis.Regulating Qi and activating blood in 43 cases（16.22%）,Tonglou Zhitong in 26 cases（9.81%）,Supplementing qi and activating blood in 23 cases（8.67%）,supplementing qi and nourishing Yin in 9 cases（3.39%）.h is mainly used for the treatment of qi stagnation,blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Salvia mihiorrhiza is a common single drug for coronary- heart disease and angina pectoris,followed by ligusticum chuanxiong,pseudo-ginseng,astragalus, safflower,and so on.Common drug combinations are lignum acronychiae and salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel and safflower, Chuanxiong±peach kernel→safflower,astragalus±safflower→Chuanxiong.Common Chinese medicine compound patent core drugs, salvia mihiorrhiza,panax notoginseng,angelica,safflower,ligusticum chuanxiong,and so on.Conclusion：Through in-depth research and analysis of the rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease,we obtained the past clinical medication rules and related information.Meanwhile,it was known that Chinese medicine used for the treatment of coronary heart disease frequently used Yiqi Tongluo and Huoxue Huayu drugs.The compatibility was reasonable and accords with the rule of TCM.
