摘要
目的分析中医药治疗早期糖尿病肾病的配伍组合及其核心药物。方法以"早期糖尿病肾病""中医""治疗"等为主题词,系统检索中国知网数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库近5年来所有相关文献,使用Epi Data建立典型病例治疗中所用中医复方的药物数据库,选取其中具有早期糖尿病肾病典型病例有效治疗的文献,用复杂网络挖掘中医治疗早期糖尿病肾病的用药关系及其核心药物。结果治疗早期糖尿病肾病核心处方包括以下药物:黄芪、益母草、当归、山茱萸、大黄等,其中黄芪、山茱萸、山药、丹参处于处方配伍网络的核心节点。结论该研究可为进一步指导临床用药提供一定的指导,其结果能够与名老中医的用药规律进行对比,为以后名老中医临床学术经验的挖掘提供更广阔的思路。
Objective To explore the regularity of Chinese medicine application for the treatment of early stage of dia- betic nephropathy based on the analysis of effective case reports with complex networks. Methods Effective cases of early stage of diabetic nephropathy were selected according to the inclusion criteria on the basis of review of literatures published between 5 years in the databases of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）, Chinese Technical Journals （VIP）. The descriptors used for the retrieval were ＂Early diabetic nephropathy traditional Chinese medi- cine＂ and ＂Treatment＂. The herbs used in the treatment of effective cases were collected in the database established with EpiData. The results were analyzed with complex networks. Results Treatment of early diabetic nephropathy core prescription medications include ： Astragalus, Motherwort, Angelica, Dogwood, Rhubarb, Salvia, Yam root and so on. Conclusion The results of regularity of Chinese medicine can be compared with of the medicine habits of the famous veteran doctors of TCM, which can provide a broader idea to explore the experience of the famous veteran doctors of TCM.
