摘要
刘敬霞教授认为,脑动脉硬化症病因错综复杂,是多因素致病,病变部位主要在脑,与肾、脾、肝关系密切。痰瘀互结闭阻脉络是本病的病机关键,在临证上,衷中参西,注重辨病与辨证相结合,审证求因,治以益气通络为大法,自拟芪蛭五藤饮为基础方,随证灵活加减。
Professor LIU Jingxia believes that the mutual closure of phlegm and blood stasis is the key to the pathogenesis of this disease;In clinical practice,with the combination of Chinese and western,it should pay attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation.To take boosting qi and freeing vein therapy as the rule,use Huangqi Wuteng Decoction as the basic prescription,flexibly treat according to the differentiation with addition and subtraction.
