摘要
目的:探讨电针背俞穴对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠行为学、血清IL-10的影响及针刺治疗CFS的作用机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠45只随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组,每组15只。采用束缚+负重游泳+睡眠剥夺的复合应激法制备模型。电针组采用电针干预,监测大鼠行为学变化,采用酶联免疫法检测其血清中IL-10水平。结果:模型组大鼠活动度下降、体质量减轻,与电针组及空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);空白组及电针组血清IL-10含量均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针背俞穴可调节CFS大鼠行为学,降低血清IL-10水平,可能是电针治疗CFS的作用机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of "Beishu" points electroacupuncture stimulating on behavior and IL-10 in rats with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(CFS). Methods: A total of 45 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and electroacupuncture group. CFS modal was established by bounding,sleep deprivation and load swimming. Rats in the electroacupuncture group were treated by electroacupuncture stimulation. The behavioral changes and the serum IL-10 were detected. Results: The body weight and behavior in model group were lower than the control group and electroacupuncture group(P〈0.05). The content of serum IL-10 in model group were higher than the other two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can reduce the content of serum IL-10 in CFS rats, suggesting a favorable adjustment in CFS.
