摘要 目的:采用多重应激刺激建立慢性疲劳综合征动物模型,为筛选治疗慢性疲劳综合征的有效药物提供工作平台。方法:SD大鼠应用束缚加跑台、悬吊加游泳和束缚加游泳等不同组合应激。给以人参水煎剂观察药物反应。结果:3个模型组大鼠的体重和食物利用率明显降低;悬吊游泳组和束缚游泳组大鼠血清睾酮水平较对照组降低73.7%和56.5%(P<0.05),皮质醇水平升高51.6%和52.9%(P<0.05),睾酮/皮质醇(T/C)比值分别下降87.7%和78.7%(P<0.05)。人参能够明显改善动物各系统的功能状态。结论:悬吊或束缚加游泳多重应激的动物表现出与人类慢性疲劳综合征的主要临床症状相似的症状,实验组大鼠灌服人参后症状有缓解。 Objective Animal model was developed for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) by multi-stress to provide a platform for screening effective remedial drugs for treating CFS. Methods SD rats were administered with different multi-stress, i.e., immobilization-running, suspension-swimming, and immobilization-swimming. The aqueous extract of Panax was administered to rats to observe pharmic reactions. Results Weight and food utilization of rats were decreased significantly in three model groups. Compared with control group, in suspension-swimming group and immobilization-swimming group, the serum testosterone level was decreased 73.74% and 56.46% respectively, the serum cortisol level was increased 51.55% and 52.92% respectively, and the T/C ratio was decreased 87.66% and 78.74% respectively (P<0.05). Panax improved the function of every system in rats distinctly. Conclusion The model for CFS by physical stress(swimming) combined with mental stress(suspension or immobilization) in rats showed similar clinical symptoms of CFS and predictive validity to Panax.
