摘要
研究了不同氢氟酸加入比例对三乙胺冷芯盒树脂理化性能、树脂砂抗拉强度和流动性的影响。结果表明,随着氢氟酸加入比例增加,树脂水分增加,树脂砂瞬时抗拉强度和高干抗拉强度略降低,常湿抗拉强度和高湿抗拉强度显著增加,氢氟酸对改善冷芯盒树脂抗湿性具有明显效果,对流动性无影响。综合考虑,树脂中氢氟酸加入最合适的比例为0.4%。
The influence of the proportion of hydrofluoric acid addition on the physical and chemical properties oftriethylamine cold box resin, and the tensile strength and fluidity of the resin sand were studied. The results show that with the proportion of hydrofluoric acid increasing, the water in the resin increases, the instantaneous tensile strength and high drying tensile strength of the resin sand decrease slightly, and the wet tensile strength and high wet tensile strength increase significantly. Hydrofluoric acid has an obvious effect on the improvement of the moisture resistance of the cold box resin, but has no effect on its liquidity. In comprehensive consideration, the optimum proportion of hydrofluoric acid in the resin is 0.4%.
