摘要
本文对《铸造》杂志创刊以来 5 0年中所刊登的有关砂型铸造工艺和造型材料技术方面的主要文章进行了回顾 ,分析了粘土砂、水玻璃砂、自硬树脂砂、涂料、砂型铸造工艺、浇注系统设计、金属液过滤技术、铸造工艺CAD/CAE以及铸件缺陷与防止等各种技术在我国的发展过程。文章还对今后我国砂型铸造工艺和造型材料技术的发展进行了展望。
In this paper, the sand molding casting technology and molding materials in China for 50 years since the start publication of the FOUNDRY Journal are reviewed. The developing progress of clay bonded sand, sodium silicate sand, resin bonded sand, coating, sand molding process, gating system design, filtrating technique of liquid metal, CAD/CAE for foundry technology, castings defects and its prevention are analyzed. In addition, a prospect for sand casting technology and molding materials of China is also presented.
