摘要
分别用浓H2SO4溶液、浓HCl溶液、NH3.H2O溶液以及RCA清洗法对石英晶片进行亲水化处理,再用荧光蛋白扫描来检验4种方法处理后的效果。结果表明:用浓H2SO4溶液处理30min的效果最佳。
H2SO4H2O2, HCI/H2O2, NH3·H2O/H2O2 solutions and RCA treatment are used in hydrophilic treatment of quartz crystal. The treatment effects are confirmed by scanning of fluorescence protein. Results show that the HESO4/H2O2solution with 30 min treatment is the best method.
