摘要
【目的/意义】本文结合新一代信息技术产业的发展,拟构建我国新一代信息技术产业评价指标体系。【方法/过程】基于动态演化视角,以29个省(市、区)为样本,综合考虑新一代信息技术产业的技术创新性、高新技术特性和渗透性,通过多指标综合评价新一代信息技术产业发展水平。【结果/结论】中国新一代信息技术发展水平整体呈不断上升态势,并存在明显不平衡性,应提高信息技术应用水平、高新技术企业数量和产业规模。
【Purpose/significance】Based on the view of dynamic evolution and considering the three characteristics, technology innovation, high-tech characteristic and permeability of the new-generation information technology industry, this paper proposes to construct the evaluation index system of the new-generation information technology industry in our country.【Method/process】Based on the view of dynamic evolution, this paper takes 29 provinces(cities and districts) as samples,comprehensively considers the technological innovation, high-tech characteristics and permeability of the new generation information technology industry, and comprehensively evaluates the development level of the new generation information technology industry through multi-index.【Result/conclusion】As a whole, the development level of the new generation information technology in China is rising, and there is obvious imbalance. It is necessary to improve the application level of information technology, the number of high-tech enterprises and the industrial scale.
