摘要
研究针对建筑的中介空间,通过对其被动式策略调节作用的整理和分析,从建筑学和建筑环境学的双重视角进行探讨,将影响中介空间的被动式调节作用的因素归类为建筑空间信息参数、使用者满意度的主观感受和客观物理环境的舒适度3个方面,并确立了多指标综合评价方法框架。为中介空间的被动式调节作用的综合判定提供理论依据,并给出设计阶段或改造阶段的优化方向。
Aiming at the building intermediary space, this research analyzed the adjustment performance of the passive strategy. from the two perspectives of architecture design and building environment, this research established multi-criteria approach to evaluate the effect of passive adjustment in intermediary space, which could be classified into 3 aspects, including building space information, subjective occupancy satisfaction and objective physical environmental comfort. The results provided theoretical basis for the comprehensive judgment of the passive adjustment ability of intermediary space, and highlight its optimized possibilities in design and renovation phases.
