摘要
《中国制造2025》中,新一代信息技术产业成为带动相关产业协同发展的主要推动力,是国家重点发展产业。本文以新一代信息技术产业"走出去"的发展目标为出发点,通过梳理文献,选择"走出去"能力的评价指标并构建模型进行计算,得出技术创新能力是"走出去"的决定性因素,创新能力越强,"走出去"的能力越强的结论,并提出了我国新一代信息技术产业中各重点领域应建立战略联盟、投资建厂、依附工业出口、国际平台推广,也应吸引国际人才,建设品牌,提升"走出去"的能力的对策建议。
In ＂Made in China 2025＂,the new generation of information technology industry has become the main driving force for the coordinated development of related industries. Based on the development goal of the new generation of information technology industry ＂going out＂,this paper points out that the ability of technological innovation is the decisive factor of ＂going out＂by combing the literature,and chooses the evaluation index of ＂going out＂ ability and constructs the model to calculate it. The stronger the ability to innovate,the stronger the ability to ＂go out＂,and the strategic alliances,investment,factory building,dependence on industrial exports and international platform promotion are put forward for the next generation of information technology industries in China. And building the brand can also enhance the ability of ＂going out＂.
