摘要
有效提高现代服务业竞争力是粤港澳大湾区做大做强的重要途径。文章从发展规模、发展结构、发展潜力、发展效益和发展环境五个维度构建了现代服务业竞争力评价指标体系,运用熵权综合评价法和聚类分析方法,对2013年、2016年和2019年粤港澳大湾区11个城市现代服务业竞争力进行了动态评价与类型划分。结果表明:粤港澳大湾区各城市现代服务业竞争力总体水平不高且差异显著,但其呈现逐年上升发展态势;广深港澳现代服务业竞争力较强且发展类型保持不变,其他城市竞争力较弱且发展类型变化明显;广深澳现代服务业竞争力演化类型的层级较高且基本保持不变,其他城市演化类型层级不高或有一定变化。文后针对不同城市类型提出了大湾区现代服务业协同发展建议。
Effectively improving the competitiveness of modern service industry is an important way to become bigger and stronger for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area.The paper constructed the evaluation index system of modern service industry competitiveness from five dimensions of development scale,development structure,development potential,development benefit and development environment,then evaluated the competitiveness in 2013,2016 and 2019,as well as the change during the 6 years in 11 cities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area by using the method of entropy weight comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis.The results show that the overall level of modern service industry competitiveness in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area is not high and the regional differences were obvious,but it showed a benign development trend of increasing.The competitiveness of Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Macao belonged to the excellent or good grades and the development type remained unchanged,while other cities had a low level or the development type changed significantly.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on the coordinated development of modern service industry in Grand-Baie district according to different city types.
