摘要
以厦漳泉城市群为例,从经济、社会以及环境3个方面构建城市综合实力指标体系,利用突变级数法对城市综合实力进行评价。研究结果表明:1)突变级数法适用于城市综合实力值的评价;2)2003~2012年,厦漳泉城市群的城市综合实力不断上升,其中,厦门市城市综合实力最强,泉州市次之,漳州市最弱;3)在经济子系统上,厦门市处于领先地位,依次是泉州市、漳州市;在社会子系统上,厦门市与泉州市的突变隶属函数值较为接近,漳州市相对较低;在环境子系统上,漳州市表现出相对优势;4)政府应侧重于生态环境的协同发展,加快城市群内部快速交通通道建设,加快同城化、主体功能区规划实施,通过规划体系的调控作用,引导城市群内各项资源合理分配,以促进厦漳泉城市群城市综合实力全面提升。
In present China, the urban comprehensive strength has attracted significant attention within the context of urban agglomerations. By using catastrophe progression method, this study analyzes the data from the statistical yearbook conducted in Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou urban agglomerations （XZQ）, Fujian Province. The analysis showed that： 1 ）The catastrophe progression method was ade- quate for the evaluation of urban comprehensive strength. 2） The trend of urban comprehensive strength value was increased of XZQ in 2003 - 2012, and showed that Xiamen 〉 Quanzhou 〉 Zhangzhou. 3 ） The trend of mutating subjection function values of economic system of Xiamen was best, while the so- cial system of Xiamen and Quanzhou were all square, and the environment system of Zhangzhou was best. 4）Policies should not only pay more attention to the economic system and social system but also build the environment system, and build adequate public transit terminals to improve the intra-urbantransportation systems. In this way, the urban comprehensive strength value in XZQ would be in- creased.
