摘要
面对经济结构的调整,在高等教育改革浪潮中,新建地方本科院校转型发展大势所趋,其中师资队伍建设是新建地方本科院校转型成功与否的一大瓶颈。本文剖析了"双师型"教师的内涵,分别从新建地方本科院校转型期、教师队伍建设以及人才培养三方面分析了新建地方本科院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的积极影响因素和意义。
Faced with the adjustment of economic structure,in the wave of higher education reform,the local newly built academy transformation is coming,teaching staff is a major bottleneck for the local newly built academy. This paper analyzes the connotation of "double-type teachers",and analyzes the positive influence factors form the local newly built transition academy、the construction of teaching staff and the personnel training.
