摘要 双师型教师是高职教育教师队伍建设的特色和重点,大力加强“双师型”思想政治教师队伍建设已成为社会和教育界的共同呼声。在总结目前社会和教育界对“双师型”教师概念理解的基础上,分析思想政治教师培养过程中出现的问题,明确“双师型”思想政治教师的内涵、提出加快“双师型”教师的建设是思想政治教育的内在要求,是思想政治理论课发展的现实需要。 Double - qualified teachers are the characteristics and focuses of the construction of the teachers contingent in higher vo- cational education. It has become the common voice of social and educational circles to strengthen the construction of" double - quali- fled"ideological and political teachers. This article summarizes the current social and educational circles' understanding of" double - qualified" teachers, analyzes the existing problems in the training process of ideological and political teachers, clarifies the connotation of "double- qualified" ideological and political teachers and puts forward that speeding up the construction of" double- qualified" teachers is the inherent requirement of ideological and political education and practical demand of the development of the ideological and political theory course.
