摘要
医药院校市场营销专业校企合作过程中存在企业尚未参与人才培养目标设计、"壁炉现象"、"双师型"型教师供需矛盾等问题。结合国际上典型的校企合作模式,我校参与应用型专业校企合作综合改革项目,在教育厅构建的合作框架中积极创新人才培养模式、改革课程体系、培训培养"双师型"师资人才。
In the process of school-enterprise cooperation in marketing schools of medical colleges and universities, enterprises have not participated in the design of personnel training goals, "fireplace phenomenon'and"dual-qualification" teachers' supply and demand conflicts. Combined with the typical school-industry cooperation model in the world, our school participates in the comprehensive reform project of schoolindustry cooperation of applied professional schools, and actively innovates the personnel training model, reforms the curriculum system, and trains the training of "dual-qualified" teachers in the cooperative framework established by the Education Department.
