煤矸石烧结透水砖的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以煤矸石、黏土为主要原料,以膨胀珍珠岩为造孔剂,制备陶瓷透水砖。研究了原料的配比、烧成制度及膨胀珍珠岩掺量对煤矸石烧结透水砖性能的影响。试验结果表明,当煤矸石与黏土的质量比为7∶3,烧结温度为1050℃,膨胀珍珠岩掺量为80%,保温时间为30 min时,所制得的透水砖性能最优,其劈裂抗拉强度为3.75 MPa,透水系数为0.355×10-2cm/s。既实现了煤矸石的废物利用,又具有一定的经济效益。 Ceramic permeable brick was prepared by using coal gangue and clay as the main raw material,and expanded perlite as pore-forming agent. The effects of the ratio of raw materials,the firing system and the amount of expanded perlite on properties of the ceramic permeable bricks were studied. The experimental results show that the better technological parameters are the ratio of coal gangue and clay to 7:3,the sintering temperature is 1050 ℃,the amount of expanded perlite is 80% and the hold- ing time is 30 minutes. The obtained brick has the best performance,and its splitting tensile strength is 3.75 MPa, and the water permeability is 0.355×10^-2 cm/s. The sintered water permeable brick achieves the use of coal gangue waste,but also has a certain economic benefits.
