摘要
以萤石尾砂和珍珠岩废矿粉为主要原料,制备出环保型陶瓷透水砖,探讨了原料配方、成型压力和烧成工艺对透水砖性能的影响。结果表明,采用合理的配方和制备工艺,可制备出性能达到JC/T945—2005《透水砖》要求的陶瓷透水砖,为萤石尾砂和珍珠岩废矿粉的综合利用提供了一条新途径。
The water permeable ceramic brick was prepared by taking fluorite slag and perlite waste powders as main raw material. The effect of raw material formulation, firing process and molding pressure had been probed on the maim characteristics of water permeable ceramic brick. The results showed that the performance of water permeable ceramic brick which is up to the index of standard JC/T 945- 2005 "Water Permeable Brick"can be attained by adopting reasonable formulation and manufacturing process. It has provided a new route for the comprehensive utilization of fluorite slag and pedite waste powders.
