摘要
本文以宁东矿区产煤矸石为原料,采用碱-水热改性方法制备了复合型煤矸石基吸附剂,应用于煤化工废水处理。复合吸附剂经XRD、SEM、BET等表征手段进行分析。实验结果表明,经碱-水热改性制备的吸附剂对甲醇生产废水具有良好的吸附性能,CODcr的去除率可达98.0%。
In this paper,coal gangue from Ningdong mining area was used as raw material to prepare compound coal gangue based adsorbent by alkali-hydrothermal modification,which was applied to the treatment of coal chemical wastewater.The composite adsorbents were characterized by XRD,SEM and BET.The results of adsorption experiments showed that the CODCr removal rate of the adsorbent prepared by alkali-hydrothermal modification can reach 98.0%.
