摘要
目的:连翘花中连翘苷的最佳超声提取工艺及含量的测定。方法:通过单因素试验分别考察了甲醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间对连翘苷得率的影响,并在此基础上设计正交试验以确定超声提取连翘苷的最佳提取工艺。结果:料液比对连翘苷的得率有显著的影响,且最佳提取工艺条件为用25倍量的70%甲醇,超声提取40 min。结论:超声提取工艺简单、快捷,适用于连翘花中连翘苷的提取、测定和资源开发。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of phillyrin fromForsythiae Flos and determine the content. Methods : Single factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of methanol volume fraction, material liquid ratio and extraction time on yield of phillyrin, and on the basis of that, orthogonal test was designed to determine the op- timal extraction process of phillyrin. Results: Material-to-liquid ratio had the most significant effect, the optimum conditions for phillyrin obtained were as follows: 25 times the amount of 70% methanol and the extraction of 40 min. Conclusion: Ultra- sonic extraction technology is simple and rapid, it is suitable for the extraction, determination and resource development of the phillyrin.
