摘要
目的:在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化大飞扬草总三萜的超声提取工艺。方法:以熊果酸标准品为对照,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,紫外分光光度法测定大飞扬草中总三萜酸的含量。并在单因素试验的基础上,考察提取溶剂溶度、提取温度、时间及料液比对大飞扬草枝总三萜得率的影响,优化出最佳提取工艺条件。结果:确定三萜的最佳提取工艺为:浓度为80%的乙醇,料液比1︰40,在55℃下,超声提取35 min。结论:优化得到的大飞扬草总三萜酸超声提取工艺稳定,可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpenoids from Euphorbia hirta Linn byorthogonal test based on single-factor experiments. Methods: Took Ursolic acid as standard, contents of total Triterpenoid in Euphorbia hirta Linns's terns and leaves were determined by spectrophotometer with 5 % vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as colored reagent. To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpenoids from Euphorbia hirta Linns. The content oftotal triterpenoids was determined by UV with oleanic as reference. Effects of concentration of extraction solvent, solid -liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times by taking yield of total triterpenoids as the index, basis on this, extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test. Results: The best extraction conditions triterpenoids flavonoids from was Euphorbia hirta Linn as follows: 80 % ethanol as solvent, liquid-solid ratio of 1 : 40, temperature of 55℃ for 35 rain. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process for total triterpenoids was stable and feasible
