摘要
目的:提取分离大飞扬草有效成分并筛查其生物活性。方法:75%乙醇粗提大飞扬草干燥粉末后柱层析分离。利用体外实验进行抗肿瘤细胞活性和抗菌活性测试。结果:得到乙醇、石油醚、氯仿和乙酸乙酯4种提取物。其中乙醇提取物对人胃癌细胞MGC-803细胞的抑制效果明显;石油醚提取物对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721细胞的抑制效果明显。乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌具备较明显的抑制作用。石油醚提取物同时对铜绿假单胞菌具备较强的抑制作用。结论:大飞扬草乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物具备一定的抗肿瘤和抗菌活性,具备继续研究的潜力。
Objective: To extract and isolate the active constituents of Euphorbia hirta Linn and test its’ biological activities. Method: Euphorbia hirta Linn powder was preliminarily extracted by 75 % ethanol and then separated by column chromatography. Anti-tumor cell activity and antibacterial activity were tested in vitro. Result: Four extracts of ethanol, petroleum ether, chloroform and ethyl acetate were obtained. Among them, ethanol extract had obvious inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803;It was obvious for petroleum ether extract to inhibit human hepatoma cell line SMMC-772. Ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract had obvious effects on inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. Meanwhile, the petroleum ether extract also showed strong inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion: To some extent, ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract from Euphorbia hirta Linn had antitumor and antimicrobial activities, they have potential for further research.
