摘要
目的:拟通过5项免疫功能试验,评价乳清蛋白和小麦蛋白与酵母β-葡聚糖组合物是否具有增强免疫力的功效。方法:BALB/c小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、组合物低、中、高剂量组。组合物剂量组灌胃组合物溶液,阳性对照组灌胃转移因子口服溶液,30 d后通过脾淋巴细胞增殖试验、迟发型变态反应试验、血清溶血素试验、小鼠碳廓清试验以及NK细胞活性试验。结果:与阴性对照组相比,组合物低剂量组可增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,中剂量组可提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力、血清溶血素的生成水平及增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,高剂量组可提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖能力及NK细胞活性。结论:乳清蛋白、小麦蛋白与酵母β-葡聚糖组合后具有良好的免疫增强功效,其作用以提高细胞免疫及增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力为主,以提高体液免疫及增强NK细胞活性为辅。
Objective:To evaluate the immune enhancing effects of the combination of whey protein,wheat protein and yeast-β-glucan,5 immunological experiments were performed.Methods:BALB/c mice were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group,combination low,middle and high dose group. Mice in the combination group were administrated intragastricly with different dose ofe combination and the positive control group was administrated with transfer factor oral solution by gavage daily.After 30 days of treatment,the splenic lymphocyte proliferation test,the delayed-type hypersensitivity response test,the serum hemolysin production test,carbon particle clearance test and NK cell activity test.Results:Compared with the negative control group,the low dose of the combination could enhance the engulfment capability of macrophage. The middle dose of the combination could enhance the engulfment capability of macrophages,promote the proliferation of lymphocytes and the secretion of serum hemolysin. Moreover,the high dose group could promote the proliferation of lymphocytes and increase the NK cell activity.Conclusion:This study demonstrates that whey protein and wheat protein combine with yeast-β-glucan can notably raise the immune function through the improvement of cellular immunity and enhancement of engulfment capability of macrophage assisting with the increase of humoral immunity and NK cell activity.
