摘要
目的:测定连翘提取物中连翘苷的含量。方法:用聚酰胺色谱柱对连翘提取物进行纯化,用 HPLC 法进行含量测定,色谱柱,ODS—C18,流动相为甲醇—水(40:60),检测波长280nm。结果:平均加样回收率为99.32%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏性高,结果准确可靠,可用于连翘苷含量控制。
