摘要
目的深入了解临床老师对慕课教学应用于护理小讲课实践后的感受,为有效提高临床护理教学质量提供依据。方法2017年4月,目的抽样法选取8名将慕课教学应用于护理小讲课的授课老师为研究对象,采用半结构访谈法对其进行深度访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果通过阅读、分析、归纳,提炼出4个主题,即慕课教学运用于护理小讲课很有必要;慕课教学更适用于本科生,且自觉性、主动性强的护生更具优势;理论考试、问卷调查能够客观反映教学效果;老师需要提高综合素质。结论慕课教学应用于护理小讲课能够使护生与老师得到双赢,从而进一步提高临床护理教学质量。
Objective To study the experience of clinical teachers' on Mooc teaching in nursing lectures,in order to provide a basis for improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods By using purposive sampling method, 8 teachers who participated in the Mooc teaching in clinical nursing course were selected and investigated by semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed by phenomenological analysis. Results Through reading,analysis and summarizing,4 themes were extracted:Mooc teaching mode is neces- sary for the clinical nursing lectures;Mooc teaching is more suitable for undergraduate students,especially those with strong consciousness and motiative; the theory test and questionnaire can reflect the effect of teaching;teachers should also improve them overall quality.Conclusion The application of Mooc teaching in clinical nursing lecture is a win-win model for both students and teachers and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
