摘要
目的:研究护理风险管理在儿科护生带教中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年9月儿科实习护生60名,根据教学模式差异性分为两组,各30名。观察组实施护理风险管理;对照组实施常规带教。比较两组护生考核成绩及实习质量。结果:观察组考核成绩评分及实习质量优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理应用于儿科护生带教中,能够有效提高护生考核成绩及实习质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing risk management in pediatric nursing students'teaching.Methods:From August 2019 to September 2020,60 pediatric nursing students were selected.According to the differences of teaching modes,they were divided into two groups with 30 students in each group.The observation group implemented nursing risk management.The control group received routine teaching.The examination results and practice quality of nursing students in the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the assessment score and excellent rate of practice quality were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing risk management in the teaching of pediatric nursing students can effectively improve the examination results and practice quality of nursing students.
