摘要
中风是临床常见病,急性期过后患者常留有不同程度的后遗症。特种针法治疗中风后遗症具有简、便、验、廉等优势。本文通过介绍头针、腕踝针、浮针、火针、小针刀等特种针法在中风后遗症中的应用概况及作用机理,了解目前中风后遗症的特种针法治疗现状,分析不同特种针法在中风后遗症中的优势,总结目前针灸治疗此病存在的不足。特种针法治疗中风后遗症临床证实有效,值得重视、研究和推广。
Stroke is common in clinic and after the acute stage patients often have different degrees of sequelae. Special acupuncture therapies have the advantages of simple, effective, low cost in clinical practice. This paper reviews the application and mechanism of special acupuncture therapies, including scalp acupuncture, wrist-ankle acupuncture, floating needle, fire needle and knife acupuncture, in the treatment of post-stroke disorder, which helps understand the current status of the special acupuncture therapies in the treatment of post-stroke disorder. It analyses advantages of different special acupuncture therapies in post-stroke disorder and summarized the existing problems. Special acupuncture therapies for post-stroke disorder have noticeable medical effects, they deserve attention, research and promotion.
