摘要
目的研究腕踝针联合醒脑开窍针法治疗脑卒中急性期吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法选取瑞金市人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月间收治的80例脑卒中急性期吞咽障碍患者,依据随机数字法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组予以常规康复治疗+醒脑开窍针法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用腕踝针疗法,统计2组患者治疗后的洼田饮水试验评分、藤岛一郎吞咽量表评分与不良反应情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗后洼田饮水试验评分、藤岛一郎吞咽量表评分明显更高(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应率为12.50%,明显高于观察组的5.00%(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合醒脑开窍针法治疗脑卒中急性期吞咽障碍,可显著改善吞咽功能,安全性较好,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia in acute stage of stroke.Methods 80 patients with dysphagia in acute stage of stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The scores of Watian drinking water test,Fujishima Ichiro swallowing scale and adverse reactions were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of Watian drinking water test and Fujishima Ichiro swallowing scale in the observation group were significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 12.50%,which was significantly higher than 5.00%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist Ankle acupuncture combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia in acute stage of stroke.It has good safety and significant clinical application value.
