摘要
目的:观察穴位注射治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:将80例脑卒中后吞咽障碍病人随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组为常规输液治疗,治疗组为在常规输液的基础上选择相应的穴位进行药物注射,并对两组的治疗结果比较分析。结果:两组患者治疗后症状与体征积分均有好转。洼田氏饮水试验疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍有很好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the effect of treating dysphagia among strokes patients by point injection.Methods：80 cases were divided into two groups randomly,40 cases were taken the treatment with the point injection,and another 40 cases were taken the treatment with simple fluid infusion in routine.Results：The symptom and sign scores improved in both groups after treatment.A comparison of the therapeutic effects by Watian＇s water drinking test showed that the effect was better in the treantment group than that in the normal group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Point injection has a better therapeutic effect on dysphagia among storke patients.
