摘要
目的优化军队医院聘用人员绩效津贴分配制度,提高医院管理效率。方法分析军队医院现行聘用人员绩效津贴分配所存在的主要误区和问题,提出相应的解决对策和方案。结果目前军队医院聘用人员绩效津贴分配主要存在2个误区和4个问题。通过建立医院综合效益评价考核指标体系,以全成本核算为基础,以效率评价为手段,以质量控制为依据,积极探索医院内部分配管理模式,来激发广大员工的工作热情。结论医院综合效益评价考核指标体系可提高军队医院聘用人员工作积极性,从而促进医院效益整体提升。
Objective To optimize the distribution system of performance-based pay and allowance for employees in military hospital,and improve the effectiveness of hospital management.Methods The corresponding solutions and strategies were proposed after analyzing main misunderstandings and problems of the current distribution system.Results There were 2 misunderstandings and 4 problems mainly in the current distribution system.A comprehensive evaluation index system was established basing on full cost accounting,efficiency evaluation and quality control.And the internal distribution management modes were actively explored to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system contributes to the overall improvements of military hospital,and can evoke more work passion of employees.
