摘要
目的了解南充市5所大中专院校在校学生艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为现状,为更好的开展大学生艾滋病健康教育活动提供依据。方法在《青年学生艾滋病调查问卷》的基础上自行设计问卷,采用分层随机整群抽样的方式,对南充市5所大中专院校在校11 696名学生进行问卷调查,定性资料用率描述,χ~2检验进行比较。结果艾滋病知识总体知晓率为87.7%,男生(91.5%)高于女生(85.8%),一至四年级,艾滋病知识知晓率分别为85.2%、85.4%、90.8%和94.7%,不同性别、不同年级学生艾滋病知识知晓率差异有统计学意义;艾滋病总体不歧视态度率为67.4%,男生(71.2%)高于女生(65.5%),一至四年级对艾滋病不歧视态度率分别为64.8%、66.4%、69.7%和74.2%,不同性别、不同年级学生艾滋病不歧视态度差异有统计学意义;调查对象中679人回答有过性行为,首次性行为年龄为(18.4±1.8)岁,649人提供首次性行为安全套使用相关信息,52.4%的人在首次性行为中没有使用安全套。628人回答了最近1次安全套使用情况,其中30.7%学生表示在最近1次性行为中未使用安全套;学生接受艾滋病干预形式排名前3的分别为宣传短片(68.2%)、科普读物(51.3%)和培训讲座(47.2%)。结论近年来在南充市大中专院校开展的艾滋病健康教育活动取得了良好的效果,在今后的工作中应加强对艾滋病非传播途径的教育及安全套的使用推广。
[Objective]To learn the status of HIV/AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among students in 5 colleges and universities in Nanchong City, provide the basis for carrying out the health education of HIV/AIDS among college students.[Methods] A questionnaire was designed on the basis of the Questionnaire on HIV/AIDS for young students. The respondents were selected through stratified random cluster sampling method, and a questionnaire survey was performed in 11 696 students from 5 colleges and universities in Nanchong City. Ratio was used to describe qualitative data and χ~2 test was applied in comparison. [Results] The total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 87.7%, and the awareness rate in males（91.5%）was higher than that in females（85.8%）. The awareness rate in grade one to grade four was 85.2%, 85.4%, 90.8% and 94.7%,respectively. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS among different genders and different grades.The overall rate of non-discriminatory attitude of HIV/AIDS was 67.4%, and the rate in males（71.2%） was higher than that in females（65.5%）. The rate of non-discriminatory attitudes towards HIV/AIDS in grade one to grade four was 64.8%, 66.4%,69.7% and 74.2%, respectively. There were significant differences in the rate of non-discriminatory attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among different genders and different grades. 679 respondents answered that they have had sex, and the age of the first sexual behavior was（18.4 ±1.83） years old. 649 respondents provided information about condom use at the first sexual behavior, and52.4% did not use the condom. 628 answered the recent condom use, and 30.7% of them said they had not use the condom at the latest sexual behavior. The top three HIV/AIDS intervention forms which the students received were publicity films（68.2%）,popular science readings（51.3%） and training seminars（47.2%）.
