摘要
目的了解内蒙古呼和浩特地区高校学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况,为针对性开展相关健康教育、普及艾滋病相关知识、提高个人防范意识提供依据。方法2018年10~11月采用分阶段整体抽样方法抽取内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市3所非医学类普通高校的1173名学生进行网络问卷调查。结果男生290人(24.72%),女生883人(75.28%);年龄为17~26(20.18±3.25)岁。高校学生艾滋病基本知识知晓率为69.22%(812人),有47.23%(554人)混淆艾滋病病毒(HIV)和艾滋病(AIDS),46.72%(548人)不认同或不清楚感染艾滋病可继发性引起各种疾病。对艾滋病传播途径的知晓率为75.56%(886人),有55.16%(647人)认为蚊虫叮咬会传染艾滋病。对艾滋病预防和治疗知识的知晓率为69.61%(816人),有35.12%(412人)不清楚注射免疫球蛋白能否预防艾滋病。研究生对艾滋病相关知识的平均知晓率(73.91%,238人)高于本科生(67.80%,557人),汉族学生(75.21%、440人)高于蒙古族(62.77%、344人)。结论呼和浩特市高校学生对艾滋病知识知晓率偏低。
Objective To understand the current status of AIDS related knowledge among college students in Hohhot area, inner Mongolia, so as to provide the evidences for developing relevant health education, popularizing AIDS related knowledge and increasing the self-protection awareness. Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select 1 173 college students from 3 nonmedical universities in Hohhot to conduct the AIDS related knowledge online survey. Results A total of 290 (24. 72%) males and 883 (75. 28%) females were included in the survey;the age was 17-26 (20. 18±3. 25) years old. The awareness rate of basic AIDS knowledge was 69. 22%(812 people),but 47. 23%(554 people) of the investigated students could not distinguish HIV and AIDS clearly,and 46? 72%(548 people) of the investigated students didnt know that the infection of HIV can induce the incidence of various diseases including cancer. The awareness rate of HIV transmission routes was 75. 56%(886 people), but 55. 16%(647 people) of the investigated students thought mistakenly that HIV can be transmitted by mosquito biting. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and therapy was 69. 61%(816 people), but 35. 12%(412 people) of the investigated students didn't know whether immunoglobulin injection can prevent AIDS. The graduate students (73. 91 %,238 people) had a higher awareness rate of AIDS knowledge than that of undergraduates (67. 80%,557 people). Compared with Han students (75. 21%,440 people), the Mongolia students had a lower awareness rate of AIDS knowledge (62. 77%, 344 people). Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among college students in Hohhot is low.
