摘要
目的:建立番茄红素脂质体含量测定的HPLC法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-二氯甲烷-甲醇,流速为1.0m L/min,柱温为25.0℃,检测波长为472 nm。结果:番茄红素在11.49~34.46μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991);加样回收率为100.40%,RSD%=0.81%。结论:该法专属性强,线性关系良好,快速,准确,简便,适用于番茄红素脂质体的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determining of lycopene liposome. Methods: The assay was performed on a Diamonsil C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile- bacetonitrile-methanol, at a flow of 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature were set to 25.0 %, and the UV detection wavelength was 472 nm. Results: The linear ranges of lycopene was 11.49-34.46 μg/mL (r=0.9991), and the average recoveries were 100.40% (RSD=0.81%). Conclusion: The method is specificity and rapid with good linear ranges, fast, accurate and easy, which apply to the content determination of lycopene liposome.
