摘要
目的:建立甘松药材的HPLC指纹图谱并对其共有模式进行识别研究,完善甘松药材的质量评价方法。方法:采用HPLC法建立27批次不同产地甘松药材的指纹图谱,通过相似度评价、主成分分析及系统聚类分析对指纹图谱进行共有模式识别,建立了综合主成分评价模型。结果:基于分析结果,剔除个别批次样品,最终筛选出23批次甘松样品建立了指纹图谱共有模式,其与对照图谱比较的相似度均在0.915以上;而综合主成分评价法亦较全面的反映了甘松样本的信息,评价结果与相似度评价、系统聚类结果保持基本一致。结论:建立的甘松药材指纹图谱方法较稳定且易操作,综合主成分法亦可作为甘松的药材质量评价的有效手段。
Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of the medicinal materials of Gansong(Nardostachys)and to identify the common patterns,so as to improve the quality evaluation method of the medicinals of Gansong(Nardostachys).Methods:The fingerprints of 27 batches of Gansong(Nardostachys)from different origins were established by HPLC.The common patterns of the fingerprints were identified by similarity evaluation,principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis,and a comprehensive principal component evaluation model was established.Results:Based on the analysis results,individual batches of samples were excluded,and 23 batches of Gansong(Nardostachys)samples were finally screened to establish a common fingerprint pattern,and the similarity compared with the control pattern was all above 0.915.The comprehensive principal component evaluation method also reflects the information of Gansong samples more comprehensively,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the similarity evaluation and systematic clustering results.Conclusion:The established fingerprint method of Gansong(Nardostachys)medicinal materials is relatively stable and easy to operate,and the comprehensive principal component method can also be used as an effective means to evaluate the medicinal quality of Gansong(Nardostachys).
