摘要
根据投入产出理论,编制了甘肃省2007年用水分析投入产出表,计算出甘肃省各部门的直接用水系数、完全用水系数和用水乘数,分析了部门之间的用水相关关系,以及产品的输入输出过程中水资源的输入与输出,提出了甘肃省提高水资源利用效率、调整产业结构、发展第三产业的建议,为甘肃省可持续发展提供参考。
Based on the input-output theory,the water resource input-output table of water consumption of Gansu Province in 2007 was complied. The direct water use coefficient,the total water use coefficient,and water consumption multiplier of Gansu province were calculated. The relations between water consumption in different departments were analyzed,Furthermore,the water resource input and output in process of the products input and output was analysed. Finally,suggestions were put forward to improve utilization efficiency of water resources,adjust industrial structure and develop tertiary industry in Gansu Province,which provides references for the sustainable development of Gansu Province.
