摘要
东北地区的水资源中度贫乏,为使有限的水资源发挥最佳的经济效益,应建立适合本地区的高效节水型产业.以人均水资源量及用水水平与整个东北地区比较接近的吉林省为例,通过投入产出模型的分析,对吉林省水资源的经济效益进行了评价,在此基础上,为吉林省产业结构规划提出了相应的建议.
It is middle-scale water shortage in Northeast China. Because of time and spatial uneven distribution, and layout of industrial cities centralizes, water shortage often brings about bad effect on industrial production, agricultural production and living. In order to get best economic benefits of water resources, should build high efficient and water saving industrial sectors suit for regional situation. Taking Jilin Province as an example whose per-person water resources and water utilization relatively equaling to that of Northeast China, the paper evaluates the economic benefits of water resources in Jilin Province by use of input - output technique,and then reveals objectively the relationship between regional industrial sectors and water resources, finally the paper puts forwards some suggestions water resources utilization in Jilin Province and Northeast China.
