澳大利亚教师专业标准:框架、实施与启示 被引量:3

摘要 澳大利亚教师专业标准包括三个维度、七项标准和三十七个聚焦点,对教师四个职业发展阶段分别提出了具体要求。澳大利亚在政策配套、阶段培训、具体操作、交流合作等方面落实教师专业标准的做法,值得我国借鉴。改进我国教师职后培训工作,可从增强方向性、针对性、具体性和协作性等方面入手。
